President and Founder

Our founder and current President, Raul is the driving force behind our company’s success, Raul brings a wealth of expertise and experience in the IT industry.

With over 26 years of hands-on experience, in delivering and supporting IT infrastructure solutions in various environments. Raul has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to transforming businesses through cutting-edge technology solutions, His visionary leadership and entrepreneurial spirit have been instrumental in shaping ZTek Solutions into a prominent player in the IT landscape.

Raul founded ZTek Solutions with a clear mission: to provide comprehensive and scalable IT solutions that empower businesses to thrive in the digital age. As a dual degree graduate of Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Finance he was hired by IBM in 2000 as a college hire. After 15 years at IBM in various positions, he decided to open ZTek Solutions in Miami Lakes, FL.

Under his guidance, ZTek Solutions has earned a reputation for excellence, delivering innovative software development, IT consulting, and managed services to clients across various industries.

As President and Founder of ZTek Solutions Raul remains steadfast in his dedication to driving innovation, delivering exceptional IT solutions, and building strong and enduring partnerships with clients. With his guidance, ZTek Solutions is poised to shape the future of technology and redefine how businesses harness its potential.

When not immersed in the world of technology, Raul enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. His love for adventure and exploration has taken him to various corners of the world, enriching his perspective and inspiring his creativity.

William Luiz de Souza
Chief Operations Officer

William is a seasoned and accomplished executive with a passion for driving operational excellence and delivering unparalleled results. As the Chief Operations Officer of ZTek Solutions, William plays a pivotal role in optimizing our company’s performance and ensuring seamless execution of our IT solutions. Committed to quality and service excellence with an aptitude for launching new technology operations, including client and vendor relationships, policies and procedures, business processes, and SLAs.

With a distinguished career spanning over 23 years in the IT industry, William has built a reputation for exceptional leadership and a keen ability to streamline processes, drive efficiency, and foster a culture of innovation. Known for leading intricate projects and overseeing cross-functional resources to enhance enterprise technology, execute data center migrations, and manage telecommunications operations.

Prior to joining ZTek Solutions, William held key leadership positions at renowned IBM and Amazon, where he demonstrated a relentless commitment to delivering high-quality services and forging strong partnerships with clients.

He has proven exceptional leadership skills in the areas of Operational and Technology, IT, Infrastructure Transformations, and System Analysis across various industries, including retail, finance, and technology. A dynamic thought leader known for seamlessly managing migrations, implementing changes, handling change, and boosting productivity by inventing fresh tech and business procedures to meet or beat client demands.

His education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems from Mackenzie University – São Paulo, Brazil and a Master of Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas in São Paulo, Brazil.

When not immersed in the world of operations, William is a dynamic individual with a diverse range of passions. From acing tennis matches to indulging in captivating TV shows and movies and creating (trying) culinary delights in the kitchen.

Amy Cinnamon
Chief Marketing Officer

Amy is an accomplished and results-driven marketing executive with a passion for building and leading high-performing marketing teams. As the Chief Marketing Officer at ZTek Solutions, Amy plays a pivotal role in driving strategic marketing initiatives and accelerating the company’s growth.

With over 20 years of experience in the sales and marketing industry, Amy has a proven track record of delivering innovative and data-driven marketing solutions that align with business objectives. She has a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer insights, and industry trends, enabling her to position ZTek Solutions as a leader in the technology industry.

Amy is known for her strategic mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to leverage emerging technologies to create impactful marketing campaigns. She is dedicated to staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving marketing landscape and consistently seeks out opportunities for innovation and growth.

Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, she earned an Associate of Applied Science degree from the University of Cincinnati, a Bachelor of Business Administration, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Thomas More College. Amy is a proud mom of four boys and 2 dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, the outdoors, and live music.
